Four black men from Baltimore, Maryland trying to create a legacy not only for themsleves but their familes. Four different skills brought together in a melting pot to create Blak Kami from the ground up. Each having their own endevors and using this as a vessel to kick start an empire.

BLAK KAMI is more than clothes or a flashy design. It's a beacon, a platform to encourage everyone to find their purpose in life. A reminder to take things into your own hands and make it what you want it to be with the time we're granted.

BLAK KAMI was built from the ashes of 4 individuals who've done exactly that. Started doing things their way, and respectfully being unapologetic about it.

Many of us 90s babies loved anime when we were younger, but it wasn’t considered cool or people thought you were weird if you watched anime & was African American. On the other hand lot of us live and breathe black culture simply because it's who we are. It's in our DNA and is one of the most influential culture in the world whether people want to admit it or not.

Blak Kami is a fusion of the two, creating something new and original yet nostalgic. Taking things from our culture like our music to our iconic figures etc, and blending it with essence of anime.
